How Monarch Butterflies are able to navigate, from Canada, 3000 miles, to the precise location in Mexico that their great great grandparent overwintered one year prior, still baffles scientists to this day. I then ask, if these seemingly humble creatures are able to communicate such key information inter-generationally, without words or documentation, what keys are we passing between generations and are words and documents only serving to distract us from understanding them?
