During a day of meditation and gratitude, I took a bath long overdue. While in Missoula one week earlier, I made a stop at a major grocery store and felt embarrassed as people held their noses walking past me. The truth is, I've never worked harder than I have over the last five months of my life, and because I love what I do, I've also never felt better. Good feelings however, are no substitute for proper hygiene and Stryker Lake gave me the crystal clear water I needed to wash away the soft shell of dirt which encompassed me.
