My new watch tells me everything, how awesome I am, or how badly I suck. While today was supposed to be an epic fly day, it has taken me almost 8 hours to bushwhack up the spine of St Marys Peak (about 1300 m gained over 2km) and being that it is both 4 PM, and my "Body Battery" is down in the single digits, my watch is telling me to sit my ass down and wait for tomorrow.
