What drives us to take the first step of a seemingly impossible mission? Is it feelings of weakness or pride? A longing for risk or adventure? Or is it the great lure of the unknown? Over the next unknown period of time, I will attempt to paraglide from this definitive, fenced, start-line, the border of the United States and Mexico, north along some unknown path all the way to Canada. As I gnaw fiercely at the "Im" that stands before "Possible" The only other constant in my plan, the Canadian border, is not a given, but the possible result of correctly playing each of the variables the universe thrust into my reality.
