Fortunately, that means I'm flippin' tasty! Here at Nazareth, home to The School of Dreams centre, food is fun ..and Josefa, my Malawian mom, who you'll meet tomorrow, is always coming up with a new treat to send Matthew and I off with for the day. Today it's dried mango slices and roasted ground nuts (peanuts), all grown within 100 metres of the School of Dreams.

Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
