Today was a BIG day. Matthew and I went up to our launch and stood there for three hours of strong, mid-day winds. At this point, Matthew has perfected his forward launches but hasn't become confident with the reverse launch technique, best used in these conditions. Back to the training field it is! We got this buddy! :) B

Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
