Though it is not so common, in Malawi, I occasionally find young men enjoying giant marijuana cigarettes. And while at first I thought they were so big because their plants were relatively weak, I was wrong. That's just how they roll here. Of all places, this photo was taken on the Mganja launch!

Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
