Named "Mganja", after the village below, this is the most consistently launchable site in Malawi and where we will be doing all of our training this year. A lush maize field in other parts of the year, Jonas, the proud land owner is happy to clear all the stalks and rows, creating a launch even the Swiss could appreciate.

Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
