When you stay at the School of Dreams, this is the first thing you see every morning upon leaving your bedroom. I love this photo because it reminds me of those hyper-cheesy inspirational posters from India where they layer all sorts of beautiful things into a single shot and add an inspiring quote ..except, this isn't Photoshop and it's so intense, no quote could do it justice. Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
