Ready for Anything August 12th, 2018

With the ever increasing levels of smoke sweeping across British Columbia, my average wait time in the alpine jumped from three to six days. After making the 50 km walk to restock in Valemount, BC, I promised myself I would never run out of food again and loaded myself with 3 kgs of peanut butter and 1.5 kgs of instant noodles. With that, I calculated being able to survive at least 12 days and longer if I found berries or squirrels along the way.
