While researching the Endless Chain, I realized it was kind of famous, at least as far as Canadian mountain ranges go. All of the photos illustrate the perfect, unbroken 25 km spine as seen from the valley floor so clearly that its shape had been perfectly sketched in my memory. And as I began flying along it, in the whimsical haze of realizing my long pursued dream, I looked down and saw something very different.
