The Life Blood August 5th, 2018

Yellowhead Lake, just west of the continental divide, marks the headwaters of the most significant waterway in Western Canada, the great Fraser River. Though named after Simon Fraser, a Scottish explorer in 1808, its original, first nations names were Staulo, Lhtakoh and Elhdaqox depending on who you ask.
