Schackle Peak 1, 2 and 3 lay on the NorthWest end of the Endless Chain ridge. They shoot out from the main ridge towards the West creating a series of three south faces which felt like giant hurdles in the increasingly Northerly end-of-day wind I was facing. These final, unexpected hurdles to an otherwise straight-forward ridge cost me a great deal of time and elevation and caused forced me to top land half-way up the mountain to their north.
