Nils, born Kiwi, living in Germany is a commercial tandem pilot and supporting Team Swiss Cheese (SUI2) with his many years of X-Alps supporting experience and solid driving skills. Here we wait during one of our 5 km stops on the first day and walking south towards the main crest of the Alps from Salzburg.

Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
