Trails lead everywhere in the Alps, here a snowcovered footpath has guided me to a summit near the Val D'Isere mountain pass. From this point I can see 360 degrees around and choose the best place to launch my paraglider.

Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.

Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
