Krischa launches from a hike above the town of Radstat, Austria on our first flyable day since training as a team. His goal is to clear the main crest of the Alps and reach the first turn point just beyond the Slovenian border, approximately 130 km South.

Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
