There aren't many places in the Alps where one needs to hold their breath for a decent landing ..but during the X-Alps race, competitors need to cross the main crest several times between Salzburg and Monaco. Here Krischa moves steadily in into an increasing headwind as he approaches Glockner Pass.

Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
