Europe. Some come for the architecture and culture, others for the dramatic rise of the Alps but me, I'm here for the Cheese ..so much so, that when I see little colonies like this, I can't help but do a quick scan in hopes of figuring out where that wonderful smell is coming from.

Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
