After a solid month of flying every inch of the X-Alps course, we realized we were not only about to walk it, but walk it in the rain. The route was no longer a question of better lines but now, of lesser evil.

Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
