Despite Vancouver's buffet of beards and plaid, you won't find many hip-lumberjacks stepping into a space, suddenly commanding everyone's attention. "What's that smell?" someone always asks. "Campfire." I respond, trying to make it seem normal. Between construction sites and the home improvement centre around the corner, human waste has got Honey Bus smelling great for the holidays!

Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
