
After a lifetime of tossing and turning over the idea, in the summer of 2009 I was blessed with the opportunity to live out my great dream, and became the first person to fly across Canada under a paraglider. On Monday, the Matador Network will publish the first set of images from the insane body of work I produced while floating across this great land. To celebrate, I will be publishing a photo from the collection each day for the rest of the month.
Dangling high above her, I find shapes, patterns and colours only to realize that I am in the presence of a far greater artist than I will ever be, Mother Earth.
May we continue to care for her together.
More than just people standing in a pattern, Human Formations are a visual representation of both community and communication and the magic of what is possible when we align our focus towards a common goal.
These images, mostly taken at summer camps, are sold in order to fundraise to send children from low income homes to outdoors camps as well.
