Until this point my cross country flights have been short and sweet. Nice air, great landing options, familiar terrain, etc. This day, however, would be different.

The next leg was from Pemberton to Lilouette with the hope of making it all the way to Cache Creek, a total of about 120 km. This felt reasonable but there was only one catch ..this was the first chunk of real wilderness (no landings) and, apart from studying it well on the map, I had no idea what this terrain would dish out.

That's Adventure. That's what I've come for!
